Hello, I’m Dr. Ruxandra LeMay, a family therapist and a mother of 3 very active, strong-willed boys. Every week, I teach adults, parents, and teens the action-by-action steps they need in order to understand their emotions, how to communicate their emotions to others, and how to manage their emotions in a productive way that gets them closer to their goals and does not get them in trouble.

In this program, I take the guesswork out of the concept of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, which is the answer to every parent’s questions such as:

·  “How do I communicate with my child?”

·  “How do I manage his/her temper tantrum?”

·  “How do I make my children stop fighting?”

·  “How can we enjoy our family vacations?”

·  “How do I manage my kid’s moodiness?”

The first step in emotional intelligence is enhancing the

SELF-AWARENESS and SELF-MANAGEMENT.

These are fancy terms for learning how to balance thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to meet your family goals. I dare to assume that some of these family goals are:

·      Better communication

·      Understanding each other

·      Intentional and appropriate responses

·      Less stress

·      More calm

·      More joy

·      More fun

·      More love

The program is intended to fit your busy daily schedule, not be overwhelming and give you the tools to mold your mindset as well as easy but powerful action steps to increase self-awareness and self-management for you and your child.

Here is what you get included in the 5 videos and 4 workbooks:
